Multi-Channel Launch to Elevate Passenger Engagement
Overview
Challenge: Miami International Airport’s new MIA Discover mobile app needed broad awareness and adoption among travelers—beyond simply listing features, the campaign had to demonstrate real value in wayfinding, shopping, dining, and local discovery.
Solution: We rolled out an integrated campaign spanning video spots, social-media takeovers, in-house print ads, digital-screen rotations, website placements, and co-branded partnership ads—each touchpoint reinforcing the “discover something new” promise.
My Role & Contributions
Brand & Template Design: Crafted a cohesive visual system (typographic treatment, color accents, iconography) that tied every asset back to the app’s UI.
Device Mock-Ups & Captures: Generated polished in-context mock-ups for digital screens, print posters, and online banners—showing the app in action on phones and tablets.
Motion Graphics & Video Editing:
· Edited the mayor’s testimonial spot, weaving in app UI animations and b-roll of the airport environment.
· Produced shorter social clips (5–15 seconds) for Instagram Stories and Twitter pre-roll.
Print & Digital Ad Layouts: Designed modular ads for posters, in-terminal digital signage, and in-kind partnership placements (e.g., local hotel lobbies).
