Safeguarding Passengers & Uplifting Teams During the Global Pandemic
Overview
Challenge: Throughout the COVID-19 closures, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport remained an essential hub—requiring clear communication to keep passengers and employees safe, while also sustaining morale among frontline staff.
Solution: We launched #ATLStrong, a comprehensive awareness campaign deploying motion-graphic videos, digital displays, print collateral, and branded employee items. Messaging focused on safety protocols (hand hygiene, social distancing) and recognition of essential workers’ contributions.
Impact: A unified campaign that reinforced health guidelines for millions of travelers and fostered team pride among airport staff during unprecedented conditions.
My Role & Contributions
Motion Graphics & Video: Produced a suite of social-media reels (horizontal, square, Instagram-story mock-ups) embedded with animated safety reminders.
Digital & Print Signage: Designed digital–screen content and physical graphics (floor decals, window clings, table tents, floor stands, wall wraps) to guide safe behaviors throughout the terminal.
Promotional & Employee Items: Created branded masks, ball caps, socks, lanyards, and water bottles to recognize and motivate essential team members.
Presentation Support: Developed a secure presentation-deck template for internal stakeholder briefings
Installation Coordination: Managed proofs, vendor hand-offs, and on-site oversight to ensure timely deployment across all zones of the airport.
