Celebrating Airport Excellence with Engaging Live-Event Design
Overview
ATL WOW is Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport’s annual customer-service awards program, honoring outstanding employees across TSA, CBP, Police, Fire-Rescue, concessions, airlines, and contractors. With no central intranet portal for outreach, the marketing campaign relied on grassroots tactics—floor stands, stakeholder email flyers, and in-person briefings—to ensure broad awareness among 60,000+ employees.
My Role & Contributions
Event Marketing & Outreach: Developed floor-stand graphics, emailed flyers, and attended departmental meetings to promote nominations and attendance across diverse airport teams.
Stage & Collateral Design: Created stage backdrops, program menus, table signage, and wayfinding graphics that aligned with ATL WOW’s vibrant brand identity.
Presentation Production: Designed and animated the on-screen PowerPoint deck (30+ slides) with kinetic text, logo reveals, and embedded highlight videos; edited event recap videos with motion-graphic lower thirds.
Awards & Gift Design:
· Designed custom award trophies, each featuring a hand-blown glass element and laser-etched logo.
· Developed winner gift bags and nominee gift sets—including branded socks, lunch boxes, insulated tumblers, notebooks, and pens—to extend the celebration off-stage.

On-Site Production Management: Orchestrated AV setup—video cameras, sound cues, stage management—and directed the live-event flow to ensure seamless transitions and flawless playback.
